All interviews in this documentary were shot over a long weekend at a 1984 hacker conference by the Whole Earth Catalog editors Stewart Brand and Kevin Kelley in Sausalito, California. The event itself (the hacker conference) was inspired by Steven Levy's classic book "Hackers - Heroes of the Computer Revolution".

Elektro Moskva is an essayistic documentary about the Soviet electronic age and its legacy. The story begins with the inventor of the world's first electronic instrument, Leon Theremin, unveiling the KGB's huge pile of fascinating devices, some of which were musical. They all came into existence as a by-product of a rampant defense industry. Nowadays, those aged and abandoned 'musical coffins', as solidly made as a Kalashnikov, are being recycled and reinterpreted by the post-Soviet generations of musicians, sound collectors and circuit benders. The story of the Soviet synthesizers as an allegory to the everyday life under the Soviet system: nothing works, but you have to make the best out of it. An electronic fairy tale about the inventive spirit of the free mind inside the iron curtain- and beyond.

灵越仙君，原是天地间一株苍翠的竹灵，因邵华帝君一句“历劫归来与你定亲”，心头微动。未料，帝君爱宠红鲤鱼私自下凡，灵越为追回“定情信物”，毅然追入凡尘，却被司命君巧借天命，让她替代了邵华凡间妻子的身份，开启了一场长达数年的炼狱之劫。

初一和爷爷相依为命，经营着祖上传承的药铺，药铺每晚子时开门，三更关门，所以被称为：子时药铺。初一却一直疑惑，自己从未看到过爷爷抓药治病救人。于是夜晚，初一悄悄来到药铺，就此跟着爷爷开启自己继承祖业的道路。每晚，故事准时上演。

初一与爷爷经营“子时药铺”，专医执念人心。某夜，一女子求医，留下“南沟老槐，半夜钟鸣”便消失。爷爷让初一签下契约，立下三规：子时开、鸡鸣关；不强行化解执念；不乱说。随后李医生求助，女儿见不到他。初一发现李医生耗尽心血，祭符相助，母女终得告别。从此初一坐堂行医，却每夜听见神秘呼唤，故事未完。

初一与爷爷相依为命，守着祖上传下的子时药铺。每晚子时开门，三更关门，可初一从未见爷爷抓过药。直到那夜他偷偷去看，一个神秘女子找上门，求医“执念之症”，留下几句古怪线索便凭空消失。爷爷让初一立下契约，从此接手坐堂，并立下三条规矩：子时开、鸡鸣关，不可强解执念，不可乱说。李医生深夜求助，女儿回家后对着秋千独自唱歌，谁都看不见人。初一查出真相，以符纸相助，让母女完成最后告别。此后每晚，初一都能听见有人唤他名字，子时药铺的故事，才刚刚开始。
