剧情简介：The Violent Crimes Unit has been in search of a serial killer for the past three years. Led by veteran detectives Miller and Caine the case has been one of the most difficult ones of their careers even affecting one of the partners personally. As the newly elected Senator prepares to take his seat in the Senate allegations start to arise regarding Hope and the young Senator.
