剧情简介：This is the story of an about 22-year-old determined young man (Luis Francisco), son of a prosperous landowner (Don Luis) settled in a province located in the northeast of the country. It all starts when one morning Luis Francisco decides to leave his family hacienda to go try his luck in the capital and demands to his father to give him the rightful portion of his inheritance. Despite the opposition of his father and his older brother he manages to get the money and goes to the capital where he encounters numerous hardships. Nevertheless, he finds love in a sweet but long-suffering young lady (Carmen), sister of a not quite reliable dude (Carlos), a cheating player that drags Luis Francisco into a hell on earth by losing everything, from his money to even his dreams, and realizing the city he thought he owned is just a “Borrowed City“.
