Frustrated at his failed romance, Saravanan decides to steal from his landlady’s house. Even as he comes up with clever ways to outsmart the cops, he realises that his actions are echoes from the past.

Saravanan restarts his life by marrying Kavitha, the daughter of his house owner, and takes up the job of a share-auto driver. As Mani, his friend, comes back into his life, the cycle of events start again putting Saravanan's life in a challenging situation.
