The relationships of three men are examined through their use of technology.

Dawit, a young musician with excellent guitar playing skills, whose life took a twist when he had to become a teacher at a high school. Every student is mischievous, naughty, and difficult to deal with. But Dawit doesn't give up because he has a way of teaching children with his own unique style, unlike other teachers. Plus, he has "Pun", the school's most handsome basketball player, and "Praew", a talented student, who always help and encourage him.

Hosted by Rebel Wilson, 10 of Australia’s finest comedians battle it out to see who can keep a straight face while simultaneously trying to make their opponents laugh. Comedians who laugh will be eliminated one-by-one, until a single comedian remains. With $100,000 on the line, who will Rebel crown the Last One Laughing?

Philippe Lacheau has invited 10 actors and comedians to live a unique experience in a grandiose setting. There is only one rule to follow for the next 6 hours: if you laugh, you are eliminated. The 10 comedians will have to keep cool despite having to try and make each other laugh. The winner will get 50 000 euros for the charity he/she represents. Nothing is off limits!

To eliminate their fellow comedians, they can do anything to make each other laugh, except laugh themselves. With 1 million baht on the line for a charity of their choice, who will be the Last One Laughing?
