近畿地区麻薬取締り官事務所は逮捕した神戸箕浦組幹部の伊勢定男を保釈をエサにスパイに仕立てあげ、箕浦組の背後にある密輸組織Ｓグループのボスを検挙すべく麻薬捜査員阿久津竜介を伊勢の客人として箕浦組へ送り込んだ。はじめは反抗的だった伊勢も阿久津の度胸と腕っぷしに惚れ込み、阿久津を親分の金井に引き合わせた。そして、伊勢は箕浦組の麻薬売買のアジトであるキャバレー“花影”のバーテン永野を阿久津に紹介した。やがて阿久津が、Ｓグループの幹部・欧金著に接したことから不信を感じた箕浦組は、永野から阿久津について聞き出そうとしたため、身の危険を感じた伊勢は永野を射殺した。ある日、阿久津と伊勢が、偶然、警察の手入れを受けた酒場で飲んでいたことから、ヘロイン入りの酒樽が“洪盛貿易公司”が輸入したものと知り、阿久津は公司の調査を始めた。そして、遂に公司の中から出て来た欧を掴まえ、昼夜の尋問責めで、ボス・李忠信の名前を白状させた。Ｇメンたちは早速、李宅を急襲するが、既に危険を察知した妻の麗子が李を逃がした後だった。後手に回った阿久津は、伊勢に李の子供を誘拐させ、李が名古屋で麻薬を受け取る時の割符を取り上げた。やがて、阿久津の行動一切を知った箕浦組は、阿久津が運ぶ麻薬を横取りすべく、伊勢に阿久津を殺すように命令した。もとよりその気のない伊勢は、まんまと麻薬をせしめた阿久津と一緒に、李の待つ神戸港へと車を走らせた。麻薬不法所持で李を逮捕できるのも数刻後。だが、パトカーによるバリケードを破ったため警察隊に追跡され、さらに箕浦組も執拗に喰いついて来た……。...

Three young men, who have become friends while doing their national service, make their way in the world.

Four great friends, in their thirties, are always talking about women, drinking and boasting about their achievements. But for the first time in their lives, they must face a problem for which they can not find a solution: one of them is a mess. Nothing works: neither the doctor, nor the Viagra, nor the therapy.
