A group of friends in Manhattan try to figure out love and life in their post-collegiate years.

When two disabled college students get placed together as dorm roommates, they embark on a quest to experience a hangover.

The series involves an anxious, careful, and kind of a "neat-freak" rat named Ratty, and a big strong fearless and trustworthy pigeon named Stu, as they both live together in an apartment, sometimes they do things their own way in town, but they are still friends either way.
