Teacher Mikuláš Mysliveček has a considerably small salary at the music school. However, he also has a dominant fiancée, Simona, who is also a teacher and desperately longs for marriage. He also has an old eccentric father in a retirement home whom he still has to take care of. And last but not least, he owns a large dog which is a source of his constant mishaps and troubles. Mikuláš's good friend, bartender Viktor, advises him to make extra money as a paid companion (but not a gigolo), which means accepting an agency's offer to entertain and delight lonely ladies (without sex, of course). The shy teacher thus meets the bank director, the charming engineer Jiřina Suková, a divorced and emancipated woman with a seven-year-old son...

Let's venture into the dark forests, where a father and his son Petr are wandering. They are returning from the city, where they earn extra money by playing music. This time, however, they cannot find their way home. Their only salvation is a light that appears in the distance. It leads them to a strange castle that has never stood there before. They have no idea that it is inhabited by a sorcerer who will intervene in Petr's life. In the years to come, Petr will serve the sorcerer, learn the value of friendship, and discover the love of a beautiful princess. However, in order to win her, he must free himself from the sorcerer's power...

Trosečník was a reality show based on Survivor, broadcast on Prima TV in the Czech Republic. Trosečník was filmed on the islands Plataneras, Chivraleon and Mogo Mogo, located in the Pearl Islands of Panama. 16 participants competed for a prize of 5,000,000 CZK, initially divided in two tribes named Ještěrky and Krabi. The winner was Ingrid Golasová who was part of the nearly decimated Krabi tribe. When the tribes merged, she was one of only three remaining original Krabi tribe members, the others being Iveta Moravcová and Lukáš Gašpar. After Lukáš was voted out, the Ještěrky seven began to turn on each other. Ingrid and Iveta both made it to the final five, but then Iveta shocked everyone by suddenly quitting. Ingrid then proceeded to defeat both Hanka Mašlíková and Vlaďka Orlíková in the elimination challenge, making it to the final two with Ráca Racman. Ingrid then defeated Ráca to win the grand prize, receiving 6 out of 8 votes to Ráca's 2.

The family of a film screenwriter, who needs fresh air and, above all, peace and quiet for his creative work, moves to a small country farm for a while. However, his wife, a former, somewhat hysterical actress, still does not give him any peace, and so his small family, which also includes a six-year-old son, is in danger of falling apart. Unexpected, mysterious events, however, show them the way back. This is because there is a former coffee roastery on the farm, and the wife, together with her neighbor Dědek, starts a business against her husband's will.

More than a storyline with a beginning, middle, and end, this tale of a foundry worker who engages a woman -- and fellow worker -- to do housekeeping for him is a tale that holds up the Hungarian social system against the morality of an exploitative male-female relationship. After his wife dies, the rough-cut and intentionally nameless "man" (Jozsef Madaras) eventually coerces the "woman" (Julianna Nyako) into doing his housework for a small remuneration. Everything goes along passably well for awhile, until the man adds in more household responsibility in the form of chickens to raise. Due to extra work at the factory, the woman cannot tend to the chickens as she should and the result is that some of them die. The man is furious, verbally abuses her, and then rapes her. Later, the woman discovers she is pregnant, with dire consequences. Throughout the story, the lack of any real identity for the "man" or "woman," as well as other subtle references to the Hungarian state add a political dimension that gives greater meaning to the story.
