ポータルサイト・ライコスジャパンにて配信されていたWebアニメ。2001年当時ではまだ珍しかったフル3DCG作品として注目された。異世界「マジカルランド」を舞台に、サカナ型のコスチューム（実は本物の魚で非常食も兼ねている）を身にまとった、天然系の魔法少女・パドドゥの冒険を描く。キャラクターデザインは、当時4コママンガ『あずまんが大王』で人気を博していたあずまきよひこが担当している。 　　国民的スーパーアイドル“魔女っ娘”になるために旅を続けるパパドゥは、通りがかったダンスバレーの町で、牢屋に入れられてしまう。全ては自分の町から魔女っ娘を出そうとする町長コフィーの陰謀だった。やがてパパドゥは、同じく牢に囚われていた破壊の魔女・ノノノンと共に、凶暴な豹との生死を賭けたバトルをすることに……。
