《WIN : WHO IS NEXT》是韩国YG娱乐公司为选拔新男团成员而进行的放送节目。A队与B队的11名YG练习生们怀揣着无关认知度、实力等因素取胜的强烈意志。练习生中由Super Star K出身的姜胜允、K-pop star出身的李胜勋等组成的A队与MC梦“Indian boy"中活跃的12 岁小不点儿rapper B.I和K-pop star出身的具俊熙等B队，6人的小档案、简历与实力都予以公开。在K-pop star节目中当评委时一向温和的杨贤硕社长在放送中对练习生们的失误以及问题等都严厉地给予毒舌点评，而为了选拔YG新团成员，平时很难在放送中看到的YG众艺人PSY、BIGBANG、2NE1等的采访也在节目中播出。
