本片通过一堂课上，小学生讲述自己父亲的故事，生动展现了不同岗位公务员面临的诱惑与坚守。学生们天真地夸耀自己的父亲——有的是公务员，有人请去高档酒店吃饭；有的是主任，有人送来大量钱财；有的是局长，甚至有人赠送宝马轿车。然而剧情随之反转，每位父亲都以实际行动拒绝了这些不正当的利益：或婉拒饭局、陪伴家人，或将行贿者连人带钱赶出门外，或未收车辆反而为企业上起“廉政课”。短片借助孩子的视角与成人的对话，层层推进，最终共同点明“亲清政企关系”的重要性，强调公务员应廉洁自律、企业应专注发展，共同促进社会经济健康前行。影片以“廉洁社会，幸福万家”收尾，传递出清风正气、共建和谐社会的正向价值观。

三十五歲的淑貞和丈夫及老爺奶奶一起住在新界近郊，並在一家廉價麵包店當麵包師傅。她一直過着平凡的生活，直至誕下了一雙龍鳳胎，人生漸漸起了變化。 　　成為母親為她帶來了各種壓力。丈夫從不主動參與育兒，即使同在卻如同缺席。儘管有一份全職工作，淑貞仍被理所當然地視為孩子們不分晝夜的主要照顧者，也因此是寶寶們發育不良、整天哭鬧時問責的對象。她和婆家因育兒方式及男女觀念而常有衝突。產後的各種身體變化亦令她煩惱不堪。當她因為照顧孩子而失去了她所熱愛的工作時，她的世界崩塌了起來。 　　她努力想要成為「好媽媽」，卻在過程中不知不覺地被蠶食得只剩空殼。她沒法堅持下去了，她迫切地尋找一個即時的出口，即使那是通往悲劇的出口。
