在一个本应该开心的地方，所有人却拥有着可怕的回忆 　　Joon-ee和Bi-roo回到家乡的小屋，并且生下了属于他们的第一个孩子。但是 Joon-ee回想起了在旅馆中的美好回忆，并且遇到了自己的初恋Ji-hee。与此同时Bi-roo在旅馆中发现了陌生人进入自己房间的痕迹，奇怪的事情开始发生在她身上

奋发向上的医学院学生宝拉（FrankaPotente），好不容易获准进入颇负盛名的海德堡研究机构，她希望能继承祖父的衣钵，成为一名出色的医生。在上解剖课时，她发现解剖台上的尸体竟是她认识的人，便积极暗中调查尸体的来源，发现有一个以残酷手法研究活人的神秘社团在学校活动，而班上的同学也一一离奇失踪，她决定继续挖掘真相。
