长治地区是老解放区，全省解放后，长治地区广大农村出现了许多新情况和新问题，最主要的是经过土改后几年发展，农村阶级关系发生了新的变化，一些农民不断买进土地，变成了新富农，一些农民因各种原因逐渐卖掉土地，沦为新贫农。农村中程度不同地出现了贫富悬殊两极分化的趋势。面对这一形势，中共长治地委除了按照党中央和省委的部署开展整党整风和思想教育，解决某些干部思想退坡的问题外，他们开始考虑采取什么样的政策和组织形式，在经济上把农民组织起来，使党在政治上继续领导农民沿着一条正确的道路前进。1951年春，经省委批准，长治地委在武乡、平顺、壶关、屯留、襄垣、黎城等县试办了10个初级农业生产合作社。尽管试办获得了很大的成功，当年10个社粮食平均亩产、社员人均收入都比当地互助组、单干户有较大幅度增加，但却由此在全党引起了一场肯定与否定的较大规模的争论。

Well-known musicians from around the world have covered some songs in the tradition. 　　Using interviews to be filmed across South and Central America, the film will document the remaining major artists of this period, including: Roy Brown of Puerto Rico, Daniel Viglietti of Uruguay, Silvio Rodriguez of Cuba, Leon Gieco and Mercedes Sosa of Argentina, Chico Buarque of Brazil, Gabino Palomares of Mexico, as well as musicians from Venezuela, Nicaragua and other Latin American countries.
