两个智商加起来都达不到正常人水平的白痴，住在一个破烂不堪的公寓中，没有工作，没有朋友，每天除了坐在沙发上看电视之外，就是想着如何摆脱令他们苦恼的处男之身，他们会对任何事情都产生“性”趣，哪怕只有一分钟的时间也会脱下裤子撸一管，甚至在看“熊妈妈的生日茶会”时都会被他们形容的“性”致勃勃，他们无恶不作，毫无道德可言，偷电，偷煤气，甚至去偷残疾退伍军人的假肢去赌马，有时候又喜欢耍点小聪明，但结果却总会自讨苦吃。平时没事的时候会偶尔到酒吧碰碰运气，也许会挂上一个姑娘，但是真的有个姑娘在旁边时说话却又语无伦次，他们最喜欢的事情就是相互殴打（基本每集都会出现），拳头，煎锅，雨伞，电冰箱是他们最喜欢的武器...... 　　《低级两贱客》于1991年在BBC首播，这部各种没下限的剧集在当时几乎成了一种文化现象，里克·梅奥尔和亚德里安·埃德蒙松自编自演，本局一共三季，于1993年完结，在TV版完结之后，两位主演还分别于1993至2003年间举办了5场《低级两贱客 Live Show》，另外该剧还衍生了一部电影《狗仔大饭店》，于1999年上映，由两位原主角和文森特·卡索以及比尔·奈伊出演。

Richie has never had sex and doesn't have a girlfriend and doesn't accept the fact that women don't want to sleep with him and Eddie is a bald alcholic who has bit of a drinking problem and he loves smashing everything to pieces. Both Richie and Eddie are unemployed and they spend most of time beating each other up and breaking everything and they get very frustrated with each other and they find themselves in all sorts of situations, as both Richie and Eddie are both on the bottom end of the social spectrum.
