(2020), arrives home. As all sweet husbands and wives do, his doting wife asks him about his day. "How was your day, honey?" asks him every evening, to receive the usual reply: "Oh, you know. It was really busy". But, over the years, this seemingly innocuous phrase has turned into an earworm--a thought that's stuck in his head, and now, he can't get it out. Perhaps, in the grand scheme of things, this is what life looks like. An endless cycle of repetition and randomness until we die. So, how was your day, honey?

中国南方，一个小伙子在杀死了恋人后开始向北踏上了一条孤独的逃亡之路，他穿越了整个国家，逃向他理想中的避难之所--中俄边境一个终日被冰雪覆盖的小村庄。其间，在北京，一个编剧构思着他的剧本：关于这个凶手的逃难故事。恍惚间，他也被拖入到这个神秘的小村庄，并且在那里发现了他虚构的那个杀手，他静静的躺在冰河之上……模糊了真实和想象的界限，模糊了小说和记录片之间的界限，郭小橹的这部作品（之前有部纪录片叫《嵌入肉体的城市》）深刻的探究了叙述的作用及可能，并在片中展示了其独有而又微妙的的美学特点。

修一(緒形拳)はある玩具会社の苦情処理係の課長。何事にもストレートで言いたいことをはっきり言うため、出世には縁遠いが、仕事はうまくこなしていた。妻の早紀子を亡くしてから男手1つで3人の娘を育てあげたが、女性に惚れやすい為、なかなか落ち着かず、亡妻の友人・姫子(渡辺えり子)を初め、あちこちで恋人を作っていた。ところが、秘かに想いを寄せる真澄(伊東ゆかり)の前では勝手が違い、うまく気持ちを伝えられない。長女・あやめ(清水美砂)は一家の母親役として、次女のかなえ(つみきみほ)や三女のさなえ(渋谷琴乃)から、父親らしいことをしない修一以上に頼られている為、恋人よりもまず家族を優先させねばならず、毎日家と会社の往復で疲れていた。そんなある日、あやめの恋人・喜一(伊原剛志)が正式に結婚の挨拶に来ることになった。問題は頑固オヤジだが…。2人は無事ゴールインできるのか…?

"Liouba" - a child escapes to the forest after a beating by his alcoholic mother, but the games he plays in the forest mirror his troubles at home. "Boy" - a child faces discrimination as the only white student at his school. "Carmelo" - in Bogota a child living on the streets fights to survive. "Oca" - when his twelve year old brother dies free-diving in the Philippines, seven year old Oca must take his place on the job. "L'enfance de l'art" - children living and playing in a war zone are touched by violence.

三流作家南波保接下了美貌电影女制作人须藤光子的委托，准备为“爱与感动的审判电影”创作剧本。他生平第一次踏入法庭，坐进了旁听席。南波惊讶地发现，法庭上根本找不到什么爱与感动。他看到的是为了几根萝卜和朋友反目的工薪族、声称因为牙痛而吸毒的歇斯底里女子、专偷AV的窃贼、面对女高中生猥琐词汇频发且大骂色狼被告的法官……这些当八卦电视节目的题材倒是不错。

蔡国强是当代最富争议的艺术家，他的当代艺术作品常常千奇百怪，但其中又和当代的政治与哲学有着奇妙的勾连。他最为国人所知的艺术作品就是08年奥运会的烟火“大脚丫”了。 　　近三年来，他受卡塔尔博物馆的委托，策划了大型艺术展《艺术怎么样？来自中国的当代艺术》，这其中参展的不仅有艺术界的大牛、已展露天赋的年轻艺术家，还有一辈子与艺术摸不着边的农民。 　　也许你会误以为这是一场中国当代艺术的成果拼盘。不是的！《艺术怎么样？》是这些年蔡国强和所有参展的中国艺术家，对一直在思考的一个问题的提问。 　　中国当代艺术水平究竟如何？艺术家贡献多大？长期以来，国内外对中国当代艺术的关注更多在中国社会的政治议题、国家历史和大文化叙述，以及在艺术市场上的天价新闻，但以上这些基本而核心的问题却很少被讨论。 　　蔡国强丢了一句话给中国的当代艺术和艺术家：“究竟艺术怎么样？” 　　近70分钟的展览同名纪录片，由夏姗姗导演、33 Studio制作，是继多哈重磅亮相后的国内首映。片中蔡国强自述策展目标，亦萃取他与艺术家和专家直击人心的问答。艺术家与策展人的双中身份利用摄影机聚焦中国当代艺术迟迟未被正视的挫折与焦虑，但影片步步紧逼的悲观最后，看到的却是希望。
