朱哲宇（唐禹哲 饰）在一家IT公司里担任部门主管的职务，他有一个交往许久的女友黄小逸（刘璇 饰），黄小逸是一个喜欢看漫画的二次元女孩，脑袋里整天塞满了古灵精怪的奇思妙想，他们两人之间的感情十分要好。 　　周一心（王雯雯 饰）是朱哲宇的上司，一心一意的喜欢着这名踏实能干的下属，也并不刻意的隐瞒这份喜欢。一次偶然中，黄小逸误以为朱哲宇和周一心之间有着暧昧关系，愤怒之中和朱哲宇发生了争吵。周一心趁机设计让这对小情侣之间的误会更深了一步，导致朱哲宇和黄小逸之间的感情产生了裂缝。樊坤（杜海涛 饰）是朱哲宇的同事，因为事业平平而屡屡遭到女友的轻视。

Phad饰演的女主在医院当护士，她有个异能，就是可以看到鬼魂，她努力保守这个秘密，让自己像正常人。不过现实确实状况百出，导致很多人都躲避女主，只有Mild饰演的护士理解她并陪着她。Phad在医院除了自己的烦恼，还不停遭遇调皮捣蛋鬼（Belle饰演），热血青年医生（Tor饰演），以及严格的前辈医生（Pae饰演）等给出的各种状况事件。
