20世纪上半叶，战争阴影笼罩全球，久久不散。生命价值日益低廉，众生被迫沦为利益集团的牺牲品和实验品。在东亚一角，明治维新后的日本不断向外扩张，野心愈发膨胀。数次对俄战争的胜利，让这个民族变得更加狂热。然而，随着战争规模的扩大，资源短缺成为限制日军继续扩张的首要难题。当时，德国、苏联等国的科学家不断研发生化武器，陆军中将石井四郎听闻后，提议建立生化部队，这就是日后臭名昭著的侵华日军731部队。抗日战争期间，这支魔鬼部队对俘虏、当地百姓进行了无数灭绝人性的实验，鬼魂的哀号仍在满洲上空久久回荡……影片以日本关东军驻满洲731部队在当地的一系列暴行作为背景，以黑白基调大量展现暴行细节，比起日本80年代的豚鼠系列实验派电影集有过之而无不及。影片对暴行的描写过于细致，使得片中场景看起来异常血腥恐怖。不过，即便如此极端的描绘，恐怕也难以完全展现731部队那令人发指的罪行。

Das Road Movie bleibt allerdings nicht beim Anekdotischen stehen, sondern unternimmt seriöse Versuche, Grundbegriffe von Blumenbergs Denken zu skizzieren. Eine sehr unterhaltsame, recht informative Annäherung an einen der produktivsten und einflussreichsten Köpfe seiner Generation. - Sehenswert ab 14.

This is the first documentary film on the International College of Philosophy (Collège 　　international de Philosophie: CIPH), founded by, among others, Jacques Derrida and 　　François Châtelet in 1983 in Paris. The film consists of interviews with former presidents 　　Michel Deguy, François Noudelmann and Bruno Clément, current vice-president Boyan 　　Manchev, and with former and current program directors Catherine Malabou, Francisco 　　Naishtat and Gisèle Berkman. The aim of this film is to consider the possibilities of the 　　humanities in general and philosophy in particular under the current conditions of global 　　capitalism.
