奏着轻柔音乐的红色玩具小汽车围着小娃娃一圈圈旋转，倍感无聊的小娃娃将闹钟和汽车砸碎，经改装后，红色小汽车风驰电掣。 　　童年的小娃娃拥有一辆儿童脚踏车，但他厌烦被人超越的感觉，于是借助小女孩的风车终于飞奔起来，却险些送掉性命。 　　数年后，长大成人的小男孩拥有了一辆自行车，而追逐速度的毛病依然没有改变，这次追逐直接将他送入了医院。当然，即使躺在病床上他的脑瓜也没闲着，仍旧琢磨怎么才能获得最快的速度，超越一切……
