《诗·中国第二季》是由安徽卫视与《诗刊》社联合出品的大型诗歌类文化节目。节目以全新的视角、以诗歌为载体探寻一首诗的前世今生，真正实现“传播诗歌之美，领略中国情怀。

通过唐诗改编而成的系列动画片《唐诗故事》，是从一百多位诗人的一千多首诗中，选取了26首极具代表性和影响力的名篇佳作进行创作的。本片在思想、内容方面忠实于原作，在以诗为大框架的基础上进行挖掘，创造、丰富剧情，真实地反映当时的风土人情、写作内涵及诗人的思想境界。本片的美术设 计具有鲜明的东方文化特点和民族特点，整体风格以古朴、典雅为主调，注重诗的意境的刻画与表达，充分吸收传统绘画中的造型语言和绘制手法，每集借鉴不同的绘制手法（白描、工笔重彩、淡彩、写意、水墨、民间年画等）形成独特的风格样式，很好地体现出诗的意蕴。
