中年舞台剧演员家福撞破了身为编剧的妻子音的一次出轨，然而，他安静地关门悄然离开，仿佛什么都没发生过一样，一如往常与妻子融洽且恩爱地生活在一起。…

高温末世来袭，小叶被觊觎她财产的丈夫郝建和其白月光逼迫外出找物资，最终活活晒死。再睁眼，她重生回到末世前一周。这一次，小叶决心复仇，她迅速变卖资产，改造半山腰别墅作为庇护所，囤积大量物资和药品。末世如期而至，小叶冷眼旁观郝建、白月光及偏心婆婆在酷热与匮乏中互相倾轧：婆婆被郝建逼出寻物资惨死，郝建为水杀害白月光，最终自己也在绝望中死去。大仇得报后，小叶独自熬过九个月高温，终等来了降温的大雨，见证社会秩序重归正轨。
