故事发生在某座临海小镇，睡眼惺忪的干皮猴（韩蒙 饰）前一晚刚刚和朋友喝完大酒，这时电话打来，他因为头天没完成工作被海鲜排挡老板痛骂一顿。干皮猴唯唯诺诺挂了电话，随后出于某种目的，和久未联络的老同学黄三（李季 饰）联系上了。黄三此时正在码头和老谢（谢文君 饰）、业哥（刘鼎业 饰）玩牌，他听到干皮猴的声音非常高兴，于是连忙把对方叫到了码头。 　　干皮猴最终加入牌局，他只想要回属于自己的轮胎，不过这个目的却不是那么容易打到的……
