台湾最高文化奖今年颁给了两位女性：作家林文月和书法家董阳孜。第31届台湾行政部门文化奖颁奖礼4月21日下午在台北市华山文创园红砖区举行，台湾“文建会”主委龙应台在颁奖礼上表示，两人尽其一辈子心力，以无比定力专注创作，堪称文人典范。
