The story of a traveling woman in the 1930's and 1940's, told almost entirely through found postcards to her absent husband. 　　lgor Sterk (born in 1968) graduated at the Academy of Theater, Radio, Film and Television in Ljubljana. His short film "Razglednice" (Postcards, 1989) was awarded for the best screenplay at the Yugoslav Festival of Short and Documentary Films in Belgrade, before Sterk's first full-length film "Express, Express" (1996) marked the start of the "New Slovenian Film Movement," representing a new generation of film makers in Slovenia.

During the first world war millions of multiple choice postcards were sent home by soldiers from the trenches. Nothing except a signature was allowed to be written on the card – communication could only take place through prescribed phrases. Nothing to be Written is a VR artwork inspired by the messages on these postcards and the circumstances under which they were written and received.

An American group of exchange students come to Paris to study the language and culture for a year. The film depicts the various interactions between the students and the instructors, including the pretty female director of the institute where they are enrolled.
