前田敦子為BS Japan特別番組「前田敦子 稀少動物的大地 前往澳洲」初挑戰紀錄片拍攝，報導澳洲及塔斯曼尼亞島瀕臨滅絕的野生動物。她表示會自然界動物見面有很大感動，感到人類要和自然共存。當中她對樹熊特別有印象，此外她也有接觸袋鼠、袋熊等。7日晚上7時播放。
