雷切尔・鲁宾・伍尔夫是一个特别热爱野生动物艺术的自由作家与编辑。她已编撰了多本北光图书，其中包括《绘画基础技法与要诀丛书：泼溅法》、《肖像画杰作》、《花卉画杰作二》，伍尔夫还著有《丙烯画家的风格与技法手册》、《怎样画大海、海岸和船》，以及《描绘不同光线的氛围》，此外她还是《野生动物艺术新闻》的撰稿人。伍尔夫在费城艺术学院（现在的艺术大学）和堪萨斯市立艺术学院学习美术，并在费城的坦普尔大学获得美术学士学位。
