郑梁两家父母谈至婚嫁细节之时，梁父梁仲伟接到了公司财务的电话，告知之前订单里的发票有异。与此同时，郑父郑天酬也接到了一个稽查局的电话，需要郑天酬帮忙协查一家疑似涉税的企业，而这家企业正是梁仲伟所开的锦秋贸易。陈大军在查案的过程中接到对方公司告密者塞过来的优盘，正因为此优盘，一名神秘人悄悄尾随着陈大军。郑昊结束晚宴赶到陈大军家里，却发现陈大军夫妻都倒在血泊之中，只留下年幼的儿子晓星。这成为郑昊永远的伤痛，因为他认为师父是替自己出任务才遭到杀害。陈大军夫妇的葬礼上，晓星成了孤儿却格外亲近郑昊和梁锦秋。
