This is the first documentary film on the International College of Philosophy (Collège 　　international de Philosophie: CIPH), founded by, among others, Jacques Derrida and 　　François Châtelet in 1983 in Paris. The film consists of interviews with former presidents 　　Michel Deguy, François Noudelmann and Bruno Clément, current vice-president Boyan 　　Manchev, and with former and current program directors Catherine Malabou, Francisco 　　Naishtat and Gisèle Berkman. The aim of this film is to consider the possibilities of the 　　humanities in general and philosophy in particular under the current conditions of global 　　capitalism. 茂密的非洲丛林里，生活着各种各样的野生动物。其中便有一只生性活泼、爱调皮捣蛋的小猴子乔治。整日里在丛林上蹿下跳，四处满足自己的好奇心的乔治…

影片改编自童书故事《好奇小猴乔治》，这只可爱的小猴子由玛格丽特&H.A.雷夫妇创造。 　　博物馆导游泰德热爱自己的工作，其博学热忱的讲解博得了带学生来此参观的漂亮女教师麦琪。老馆长却宣布了一个不幸的消息：由于参观的人数太少，博物馆面临着关张的窘境，唯一的拯救办法就是推出一项其他博物馆前所未见的新奇展品。老馆长出示给泰德一本带有地图的神秘日记，表明非洲扎格瓦部落迷失的一处圣陵所在，只要从中带回一尊大型神像，博物馆就有救了。泰德乘着轮船向非洲出发，到了丛林后找到了地图所示的古老神像，但完全不像老馆长描述的那样宏伟。而此刻一只顽皮的小猴对泰德发生了兴趣，一直尾随着他。在泰德动身离开非洲时，小猴子也悄悄跟上了船。回国之后泰德接连遭遇了无家可归、继而失业，与这只小猴相依为命并为它起名乔治。最终泰德能不能找到传说中的神像？博物馆又是否能继续维持？

中年女子将寄给儿子的信投入邮筒，然而对外面世界出满好奇的信却不断张望，甚至想办法跳出了邮筒。它一路随风飘扬，无有定所，虽然悠然自在，却也遇到数不清的艰难险阻，探险之路紧张刺激。 　　另一方面，正在大山中参加夏令营的小男孩时刻等待妈妈的来信，他不知道，那封寄托了母亲思念的信如今正在某个未知的地方探险呢！ 　　本片出自捷克女动画家赫米娜•齐蒂洛娃之手，她也是捷克木偶剧的开山鼻祖。赫米娜被称为是“一个有品位的、敏感的人，头脑中充满清新细致的奇思妙想，善于捕捉那些生活中可能会被男性忽视的美妙细节。”
