This is the first documentary film on the International College of Philosophy (Collège 　　international de Philosophie: CIPH), founded by, among others, Jacques Derrida and 　　François Châtelet in 1983 in Paris. The film consists of interviews with former presidents 　　Michel Deguy, François Noudelmann and Bruno Clément, current vice-president Boyan 　　Manchev, and with former and current program directors Catherine Malabou, Francisco 　　Naishtat and Gisèle Berkman. The aim of this film is to consider the possibilities of the 　　humanities in general and philosophy in particular under the current conditions of global 　　capitalism. 愁云乱滚的夜晚，群山的尽头远雷阵阵。世界被笼罩在绝望的黑暗之中，破败的景象仿佛增加了魔鬼出没的变数。崎岖的山道上，一名打扮入时的女子驾驶着老旧的汽车匆匆前行。她似乎并不忌惮这样不祥的夜晚，手中的香烟点缀着诱惑的红唇，又或者这只是她故作镇定的掩饰而已。当驶入密林的时候，女人的汽车突然抛锚，停在了斑驳的铁轨之上。她数次发动，全然没有任何起色。就在此时，一个可怕的身影从树林另一端缓缓走来。男人面目狰狞，手执利器，他猛烈地极大这女人的车窗。 　　女人惊声尖叫，不远处火车则轰鸣地向他们驶来……
