陈润生是考古专业的大学生，作为十万大山本地居民，被刘金水等人诱骗来作导游，等到了目的地才知道他们是要去西凉王墓倒斗。陈润生早年间曾带着弟弟妹妹来过这里，害得弟弟妹妹葬身于此，因此陈润生劝告他们远离西凉王墓，但是反派不为所动，反而用男主生命相要挟，陈润生为了活命只能妥协。陈润生一路劝阻无果，反派自食恶果，男主逃出升天。
