A Steady Rain is a play by Keith Huff. 柯孟融已规划“一字宇宙”三部曲，除《咒》之外，还有《腌》《困》《偶》等三个故事，他期望构建一个以“台湾恐怖真实案件”为主题的宇宙，并且每部影片都会采用较为前卫的拍摄方式，例如《咒》就运用了“伪纪录片”手法。《腌》讲述的是一个丑女的故事；《困》围绕一具尸体和两个小孩展开；《偶》暂时保密，该故事只能在台湾发生，在其他地方无法成立；《葬》的剧情是阶级反转。
