《在其它任何地方》是一部由碎片画面组成的私人记忆旅程。本片通过短信、对话、电话交谈等形式，向我们重现了一位年仅20岁的伊朗男孩沙欣（Shahin）找寻身份认同、内心归属感和自由的过程。在当今全球化不同的文化语境与氛围教育下，新世代年轻人的身体与内心或许早已不处在同一位置，也越来越难以寻找到内心的归处。本片由此出发，带领观众和主人公一同去感受内心真实的归属感。

居住在郊外公寓住宅区的花田明（鈴木雄作 饰）和冰川光一（水野真吾 饰）是一对就读小学的好朋友，放学后他们经常结伴玩耍，有时偷汽水喝，有时用自制的手枪放烟花，生活悠哉无虑。可是新学期开始，明与光一被分到不同的班级，他们起初有些不快，不过很快便将之淡忘。两人依然一同玩耍，调皮捣蛋，只是隐隐约约中彼此的关系渐渐疏远，甚至见了面后都鲜少言语交流，尴尬非常。明喜欢上了同班女孩珠代（芳賀優里亜 饰），可是两人一见面就斗嘴吵架。之后他与模型爱好者野村俊（铃木优也 饰），却不想一场变故正向野村袭来。光一感受到了好友的冷淡，他与疏离的转校生鲛岛大打一架，之后混在一起，俨然成为一个坏孩子。 　　少年的成长，正是蜕变的伊始……

Ce film est le portrait de deux adolescents, Djibril et Ousmane, originaires du nord du Mali. L’un et l’autre ont décidé de prendre « la route » et d’aller voir les lumières, de l’ailleurs et de l’Europe. Nous les croisons dans les montagnes de Gourougou, non loin de la ville de Melilla, une enclave espagnole située au Maroc. Un film-portrait qui se situe et travaille les lisières des réalités les plus crues comme des rêves et songes les plus improbables, et désigne peut-être le réveil comme possibilité d’être au monde…

人类与银杏这一已存在了两亿年的活化石共同生活在同一个星球上。在我们的当代生活中，银杏作为行道树而融入城市, 由于它有突出的能力去适应不同气候且抵抗污染和虫害。影片对银杏展开探索，从自然写作和中国古代民间故事中的生态伦理观中汲取灵感，批判性地审视了人类欲望的扩张与转变、人与非人类之间的相互联系，并思考了银杏和其它存在之间的生命连续性和暂时性。树木作为见证者，以它们不同的生命周期来传达故事的不同维度。 　　Humans live on the same planet with ginkgo—a living fossil that has been around for 200 million years. However, ginkgo may be nothing more than a street tree, integrated in the city; as urban planners often choose it because of its prominent ability to adapt to various climates and resist pollution and pests. Through the exploration of the ginkgo tree and inspiration from ecological ethics in nature writing and Ancient Chinese folk tales, this film critically examines shifting human greed, the interconnectedness between humans and nonhumans, and con- templates the continuity of life and the temporality of the ginkgo in relation to that of other existences. Trees act as witnesses, conveying different dimensions of the story through the different cycles of life.
