丈夫在与妻子吵架后离家出走，因车祸意外离世，妻子误以为是自己与他争吵所导致，心中一直不能摆脱此事对她的束缚。年前在处理后事时，婆婆突然到访，准备和她一起度过蒙古族传统节日二十三，手忙脚乱的她不得不应对婆婆，最后却在准备过二十三的过程中被婆婆化解了悲伤。
