贝利亚军团覆灭后，赛罗奥特曼组建“终极赛罗警备队”，计划重访艾美拉娜公主。队员詹伯特先行出发时被人工星球比特星捕获，赛罗等人展开救援，途中遇见潜入星球的雷与日向船长。比特星以消灭有机生命体为目标，内部存在大量机器人军团及被控制的詹伯特、钢铁杀手等敌人。众人协同作战，突破危机并揭露幕后黑手，最终解救被困同伴并终止星球计划。
