一名女子（曾慶瑜飾）本身有有一名要好的男朋友（梁秉堅飾），卻處處覺得男朋友高攀不上自己，可是女子又怕寂寞，所以一直拖拉著。後來，男朋友放棄並和其他人結婚了，這時候女子才發現自己實在是愛這個前男友。偶然之下，兩人重遇，感情欲斷難斷，暗暗地把這兩人牽在一起。

平面設計師阿木（馮健飾），他熱愛大自然，並和妻子（顧美華飾）融合生活。由於他們對生活的態度和價値觀，和工作的同事（羅慧娟、黃子華飾）們卻截然不同，跟他們相處起來，阿木處顯得格格不入。及後，同事作弄阿木，於他的茶裡給放進安眠藥，害他在辦公時候昏睡，並被公司解僱。第二天，阿 木悄悄回到寫字樓，為未畫完的一隻鳥添上另一隻翅膀，結果發生了不可思議的事情⋯⋯
