少年警訊於1974年成立，林盛斌(Bob)曾是西區少訊會員，趁着少年警訊50周年的機會，探訪其中三間少訊中心，並約同陳懿德與現任少訊會員簡綽熹(Jacky仔)，來一趟少年警訊50周年時光旅程。 　　過程中，他們會尋到第一代少訊節目主持林嘉華、少年警訊總名譽會長鄧炳強，還有一眾少訊會員，了解少年警訊會員現時可參與的多元化活動，包括雷射槍射擊遊戲、咖啡班、籃球隊、文化交流團等等。
