辛亥革 命后，革离隐藏杀手身份在 屠 门镇 面馆当伙计。 屠门镇 女眷 频繁失踪。革离、计童、唐斩 等人艰辛追踪绑匪，几经周 折，终于找到幕后黑手“赤眼 穷奇”——郭鹏，揭穿其伪善 面目，将其诛杀，救出了被绑 少女。

屠门镇 附近活跃着一 队以唐斩为首的马匪—— 荡寇 帮，常劫富济贫。他们打劫了 名为送茶叶实则为镇长送军火 的商队。二当家洪坤野心膨 胀，背叛唐斩，铲除异己，革 离和叶群等人结识并了解了唐 斩，与其联手跟洪坤了结恩 怨。

辛亥革命中，前清遗老 组织杀手因被尚峰出卖刺杀袁 世凯失败，只有革离和毒刺、 小艾三人侥幸逃脱，逃往“ 屠 门镇 ”，并在那里结识了海 浪、计童、唐斩等人，除暴安 良，最终联手击败尚峰，解救 了危机中的 屠门镇 。

屠门镇 黄金河的流言引来 无数淘金 者。镇长胡迪、 马匪唐斩、军 阀党大鸿及 革离失散多年的同 伴毒刺 等多方势力争夺金矿。 完 全改变的毒刺野心勃勃， 控 制金矿，奴役百姓，酝 酿更大 阴谋。最终革离联 合唐斩挫败 了毒刺的野心。

隐藏在 屠门镇 的棺材铺 老板孙不剩实为多年前的恶匪 秃鹰，其女哈斯纳千里寻父却 招来祸端。秃鹰曾经的兄弟鬣 狗为追究秃鹰抛弃兄弟缘由， 杀入 屠门镇 ，秃鹰牺牲自己， 死前父女相认，而鬣狗等恶匪 则被革离、叶群等人剿灭。
