參加本節目的嘉賓會透過用上以下七種感官的遊戲去分辨食物，勝出或者達到某個要求就可獲得獎金，而且還會即席獲主持人（通常是鄧健泓）派現金（此舉也是無綫遊戲節目首次即席派現金），每完成兩個遊戲後以嘉賓手上的現金進行當集壓軸的身家大轉移。

四位嘉賓以兩人一隊，以隊制形式玩遊戲累積獎金。每集結尾會玩「身家大轉移」決定最後獎金花落誰家，而最後之勝出嘉賓更會得到總值$60,000/$100,000/$150,000之獎品。 　　除了基本獎金，主持會根據嘉賓表現給予「私己錢」，「私己錢」不會在「身家大轉移」中被轉移，完全屬於嘉賓所有。
