故事描写因为某件怪事变得能看到立在他人头顶上FLAG的少年旗立飒太，在转入东京都内屈指可数的名门学校私立旗之谷学园后，一边折断着和校内女生们的恋爱FLAG，一边共同生活在同一屋檐下的学园恋爱故事。FLAG是GALGAME游戏术语，指代能够影响和攻略对象亲密关系的事件。

恋爱旗标、友情旗标、胜利旗标及死亡旗标──“旗标（flag）”，那是人生歧路上重要的选项。自从某事件後，少年‧旗立飒太能够在他人头上看到“旗标”。转学进入都内首屈一指的名门学校“私立旗谷学园”的他，因为看得到“旗标”的缘故，一直跟他人保持距离……然而身边不知为何却美少女成群，热闹非凡！她（含性别疑似“她”者）们五人听说男生宿舍只有他一个人，竟然提议要和他一起住！他看到的“旗标”究竟意味着什么？另一方面，一男五美少女住在同一个屋檐下的团体生活又会有什么发展？
