2020年春节新冠疫情爆发，湖北省宜昌市实施了49天的“封城”，本片纪录了城区小区实施最严格封闭管理到解封的一个多月时间中，在宜昌市疫情最严重的社区之一西陵区石板溪社区，网格员和居民的日常生活，以此观察社区基层组织如何在重大疫情下进行社会治理和服务公众。
