陈三元(滕丽名 饰)自小就受叔叔小生（欧阳震华 饰）影响，大学毕业后便当上了警察，是个陀枪女警。表现出色调到了“扫黄组”，但上司程峰（魏骏杰 饰）一直对她有性别歧视，好胜的她一直争取好表现。期间她认识了当文职的朱素娥（关咏荷 饰），人称娥姐。娥姐原本有一个幸福的家庭，后来离婚了不得不也做一个陀枪女警。 　　接着娥姐也认识了小生，与小生成为了一对斗气冤家，后来竟然变成了情侣。而三元与程峰经过一段相处后互相了解了许多，成为了好朋友。令三元想不到的是自己竟然喜欢上了程峰……

It became the model for western art for the next 400 years, right up until the birth of Modernism. 　　As much as it was a cultural 'rebirth', the Renaissance was also a revolution in ideas about reality. Matthew Collings sets out to remind us of how radical Renaissance paintings were when they were made, as well as opening our eyes to what is still truly great about them. 陀枪师姐朱素娥 （ 关咏荷 饰）与陈小生 （ 欧阳震华 饰）在上一辑的结合，原来只是生的幻想，朱素娥对婚姻缺乏信心，决定用一年时间观察陈小生的表现。工作上，朱素娥被升为沙展，并调往E冲锋队，以其独特性格去领导一群男子汉，遇到了前所未有的挫折，故寄望陈小生可加快升职，稳定经济，让其可托付终身。陈小生被朱素娥压至透不过气之时，结识了一靓女邻居沈翘（ 姚莹莹 饰），翘浪漫独立，与生非常合拍，更主动向生示爱，生与娥之感情遂亮起红灯。另一方面，女警陈三元 （ 滕丽名 饰）与程锋 （ 魏骏杰 饰）虽顺利结成夫妇，但由于两人均好强，婚后常起冲突，工作上亦互相对峙，元毅然申请调职，加入了冲锋队。自此，锋与元聚少离多，锋寂寞难耐下到酒吧卖醉，竟与一女郎发生一夜情，元知悉后愤然与锋分居。为与锋拗气，元过份冒险地追查一宗“的士色魔”案件，却不慎落入魔掌 。

感情稳定的特遣组高级督察陈小生（欧阳震华饰）与卫英姿（蔡少芬饰）终于确立了情侣关系。可英姿把重心都放在了事业上，希望争取机会晋升为督查。然而小生多年来一直渴望生儿育女的家庭生活，两人矛盾不断。而重案组警司邝梓键（林文龙饰）的出现，更让两人的关系陷入危机。接二连三发生的冲突与误会，让两人还是分开了。这时，法证科主任方晴（蒙嘉慧饰）走入了小生的内心。陈三元（滕丽名饰）再度身怀六甲，丈夫程峰（魏骏杰饰）在事业上也有了新的突破，升职为总督查，一切都在为迎接这个新生命做着准备。然而肆意扩张势力的黑帮“洪英社”日益猖獗，一场警匪大战蓄势待发。 　　《陀枪师姐IV》是香港无线电视制作的时装警匪电视剧的第四部，由香港TVB金牌警匪剧监制邝业生执导。自1998年至2004年共播出四部，本部剧集中除了继续起用欧阳震华、蔡少芬、魏骏杰及滕丽名等原班人马外，还有林文龙、蒙嘉慧、张慧仪及麦包等人加入。

陈三元（滕丽名 饰）晋升为见习督察，被调到了交通部。初为上司的她严于律己之外，对下属也有十分高的要求，因此三元很容易与下属发生磨擦，与刚进入交通部的卫英姿（蔡少芬 饰）也合不来。自小受父亲卫英雄（夏雨 饰）的影响，英姿一直很喜欢风驰电掣。在一次追捕飞车党的过程中，面对狡猾的飞车党幸得英姿精湛的车技，与三元一起将飞车党绳之于法，二人更冰释前嫌，成为了工作上的好拍档。 　　由于三元一直忙碌工作，忽略了丈夫与儿女，丈夫程锋（魏俊杰 饰）开始时也是十分体谅的，但随后面对三元的变本加厉，夫妻俩只好分局收场。但他们在工作中还是有很多合作的机会，而他们的女儿正好在一次械劫案中被歹徒挟持做人质了，面对年幼的女儿，二人合力拯救了女儿。 　　英姿被上司误以为飞车而被调到陈小生（欧阳震华 饰）所带领的特遣队，小生与英姿都觉得对方是自己的克星，常常斗气。后来英姿在失意的时候得到了小生的多番安慰，渐渐培养出了感情，但此时父亲英雄却嫌弃小生比英姿大很多而反对这段恋情，两人的关系进退两难……

三元（滕丽名）自小受孻叔小生（欧阳震华）影响，大学毕业后便投身警界，做其陀枪女警，亦因而认识了当文职的师姐娥（关咏荷）。娥乃一已婚妇人，加入警队只因薪高职厚。娥满以为自己幸福美满，岂料丈夫竟有婚外情！娥伤心欲绝，离婚后为了生活，唯有申请陀枪，搏扎升职。此时，娥亦结识了小生，二人更由斗气冤家渐渐变成爱侣！ 　　三元因表现出色被调往“反色情组”，跟办事严紧的程峰（魏骏杰）合作，二人因意见分岐，时有冲突，幸后彼此互相了解，化敌为友，成了一对好“兄弟”。但一次偶然，元竟发现对峰已种下感情！但当二人走在一起时，元又突然却步…
