曾是童星的宣佑海（宋仲基 饰），在成人世界的欲望裹挟下无奈退出娱乐圈，转型成为了小说家兼花艺设计师，过着平淡的生活。女主角成济妍（千玗嬉 饰）本出身富裕家庭，然而家道中落，她成为了娱乐公司组长。为了在事业上取得成功，她主动打破宣佑海的平静生活，企图借助他过去的名气。两人在人生最为灰暗的时期曾相互扶持，时隔十多年再度重逢，不得不重新面对青春岁月里的伤痛以及未曾圆满的情感。

【 劇情簡介 】 　　取材自日前美國一位母親冒用就讀高中女兒的身分就讀某高中，最終被識破真實身分的真實新聞。 　　《我的青春ㄌㄨˋ》將主角女兒年齡提高至大學，安排年輕母親隱瞞身分就讀大學，重拾青春。《我的青春ㄌㄨˋ》的” ㄌㄨˋ”字，除了顯是最終事蹟敗”露”，還有青春”紀錄”、青春"路"的隱喻在其中。
