戴笠，浙江江山县保安乡人，原名戴春风，字雨农，中华民国情报机关将领。曾就读浙江省第一师范学校，黄埔陆军军官学校第六期。早年曾在浙军周凤岐部当兵，后脱离部队到上海，在交易所结识蒋介石、戴季陶等人。因得到蒋介石的信任，长期从事特务与间谍工作，曾负责国民政府情治机关，担任军统局负责人。1946年因飞机失事身亡，死后被追任为陆军中将。
