本剧改编自同名漫画。在无声咖啡馆“朝颜”工作的神秘主角不思议麻衣，因某个契机，和性格亲和的年下男同事上下亮开启了“相互观察”的关系。随着一同工作的时间增长，麻衣渐渐被亮吸引。不过，因为初恋留下的心理阴影，这段感情进展并不顺利。

欢欢（笠原弘子 配音）是出生在仙子之国的小公主，在她满十二周岁那一年，全国上下举办了盛大的宴会为欢欢庆祝生日，而根据仙子之国的规定，欢欢必须离开自己的家乡前往人间修行。修行的内容很简单，就是在人间散播幸福的种子，彩虹谷的鲜花能够计算幸福的计量，当计量到达顶峰时，花朵变回转变成为美丽的彩虹色，欢欢才算通过了试炼。 　　就这样，欢欢来到了人间，结识了温柔善良贤惠文静的小玉（玉川纱己子 配音）、拥有恐高症但是在危急时刻总能够做出正确的选择的小左（佐佐木望 配音）等人，他们和哈普姑妈（丸山裕子 配音）一起经营着幸福商店。
