鍋島の化け猫に材を採った怪猫譚。佐賀の鍋島直茂は城主を弑逆し、死体を壁に塗り込めた。そして城主の妻は愛猫とともに沼に入水する。やがて直茂が佐賀城主となったとき、周囲で怪異が起こり始める。
