It took considerable bravery and imaginatio, or perhaps a bliss of ignorance as to the implication of one's actions (common to the artists), to make a film in which for the most part people recite the alphabet. The primer symbolises a key to the people communicate and perceive the world and traditions. The film is premeated with ugliness and lifelessness, which are extraordinary lit and beautifully captured by Jerzy Zielinski's camera. Tradition is dead, communication between people has become ossified in its banal formats, we all know the letters of the alphabet but cannot put them into sentences which would express out true selves.

「是非精」劉穎鏇、何泳芍為了宣揚禁毒訊息，想到向《新聞女王》SNK的「飛爺」鄧智堅尋求幫忙。飛爺率領「王偉」林正峰和「實習記者」陳懿德，與兩名是非精四出走訪醫生、學者、執法人員，讓觀眾了解毒品對身心的禍害，以及相關罪行的刑責。警惕市民之外，節目亦為年輕人提供全面的禁毒訊息。此外，眾人還會合演有趣劇場，並帶來小測試，以輕鬆形式呼籲大眾切勿貪圖一時利益，被毒販誘騙販運毒品，從而惹來牢獄之災！
