大学合格を記念して彼女と初Ｈ！ところが、実は大学が落ちていたことがばれた主人公の筒井優(つついすぐる)は彼女の吉村葉月(よしむらはづき)にふられてしまう。落ち込んでいる時、川原でブローチを探している美少女と出会う。浪人生活を送るため下宿先へやってきた優。葉月が通う大学がある街で浪人することにしたのだ。ところが、なんと下宿先はショーパブの真上で、朝霧麗(あさぎりうらら)という女の子が自分が借りるはずの部屋に先に住んでいた。偶然にもその彼女は優がブローチを探してあげた女の子だった。結局、麗に自分の部屋を譲り、優は屋上に作られた粗末な小屋に暮らすことになる。優に申し訳なく思った麗は部屋を出ていく決心をする。そんな折、葉月と街で再会した優は、麗の部屋に葉月を連れ込んでＨしてしまう。そこへ麗が忘れ物をとりに戻ってきて三人鉢合わせ。麗が出ていこうとしていることを知った優は、葉月をよそに麗を引き留め「ここに住めばいい」と提案する。それを勘違いした葉月はまたもや激怒。そして麗と二人暮らしをしながらも、元彼女・葉月との関係は続き、奇妙な三角関係ができあがってしまう。主人公優・元彼女の葉月・ルームメイトになる麗、この三角関係を軸に物語は展開していく。
