The documentary maps more than a hundred years of Czech visual culture, offers stories of well-known and lesser-known brands and shows that top graphic art is still being created in the Czech Republic today. The film is guided by Nicho Lowry, an American native with Czech roots, an avid collector and graphic design lover who embarks on an adventurous journey in the footsteps of the best of Czech visual culture. During his journey, he meets a number of contemporary graphic designers, as well as the legacy of icons who have passed away, many of whom have succeeded abroad. The film will lead Nich to his own roots through the uncovering of Czech identity and will introduce Czech graphic design to those who do not know the Czech Republic.

I hesitated to upload it for a long time because my TV-rip isn't of very good quality and I was always waiting Arte would show the movie again so I could record it again in higher quality. But well, I am sure some people like to see the film anyway. 　　It's a German movie, so there will be some introductory talk and some voiceovers in German, but the other parts of the movies mostly consist of talks in English or in Japanese with an English interpreter sitting next to the people talking in Japanese - so you will be able to understand pretty much without knowing any German. And even if you dont understand anything, the film is just worth it for the wonderful material showing Kazuo Ohno.

She can't speak, but we can understand her wailing. She won't resist. She just swings her body in the cage so that she seems to have something to do. And close, like you and me, very day and night to her is like this one day, from her life to death.

今年2018年7月から上演されている、ジョン・ケアード脚本・演出によるミュージカル「ナイツ・テイル-騎士物語-」。今回は本作で共演している堂本光一と井上芳雄が、音楽番組で初共演を果たす。 　　番組では堂本が「Endless SHOCK」から「Dancing On Broadway」を、18年公演版に出演したユウマ役の中山優馬、リカ役の瀧本美織、ふぉ～ゆ～の福田悠太と越岡裕貴、ジャニーズJr.の寺西拓人、松田元太、松倉海斗らと共に送り、井上は「エリザベート」から「最後のダンス」を、スペシャルソロバージョンで繰り広げる。 　　さらに2人は「ナイツ・テイル」より「騎士物語」「兵士の重荷」「狩猟」「昇る太陽」「乾杯」の5曲のメドレーを、エミーリア役の音月桂、牢番の娘役の上白石萌音ら同作の共演者と共に、ジェロルド役の大澄賢也のステージングでパフォーマンス。同じく「ナイツ・テイル」からは、堂本演じるアーサイトと井上演じるパラモンによる「宿敵がまたとない友」も披露される。 　　番組内では、堂本と井上が「ナイツ・テイル」公演で感じたことや、互いのミュージカル人生を語り合う対談もオンエア。2人のトークの内容に合わせて紹介される、「ナイツ・テイル」の舞台裏や本番の様子を収めた映像にも注目しよう。
