《七海的堤可》，又译《七海小英雄》、《深海中的朋友》，为日本动画公司制作的《世界名作剧场》系列第20部的动画作品。是世界名作剧场中独创的作品，动画原案人是广尾明，没有可参考的原作。自1994年1月16日播至同年1994年12月18日，全39集。（这部有1集电视未播映，播映当时只有播38集而已）。 　　母亲很早就过世的主角少女，奈奈美，与海洋生物学者的父亲，史考特与伙伴阿尔（阿尔冯索），还带着朋友堤可这个杀人鲸沿着海洋调查船“佩佩伦奇诺号”一起生活，并在全世界各地旅行者。目的是寻找传说的生物“光明鲸”，不过那却是很难看的到的生物。喜好冒险的女大学生小姐，雪莉儿，史考特大学时学长的儿子，汤玛斯与朋友的加入，为了寻找光明鲸，便向全世界的海洋展开冒险的旅程。 　　但是，要求寻找发光能源（トロンチウム）的组织“CMC”发现光明鲸有所谓电子能源反应的事情，而CMC他们捕获了光明鲸，并且开始生态调查。但是不赞成人类为了追求技术进步，而要牺牲其他的生物的史考特，因而进入了CMC里面。
