搞笑组合的佑太郎（石川悠人 饰）因搭档武井（元之介 饰）私下整整一年不再和自己说话而苦恼。某天，为在节目企划中验证组合之爱，两人被安排了一场“解散整蛊”。当佑太郎在满是摄像机的休息室提出解散时，武井突然痛哭，且在整蛊结束后坦白自己其实喜欢佑太郎。为压抑这份感情，他一直假装讨厌对方。面对称“既然心意暴露就只能解散”的武井，佑太郎把他带进卧室，提出一个大胆约定——“只在这个房间里，我们当恋人吧”。
