城市打工多年的夫妻俩赚了大钱开车回家，想要见老家的留守儿子，结果儿子摔到了脑袋，奶奶也出了事，孩子就被邻居的一个大妈抱着去医院。中途双方发生车祸，夫妻俩往死里虐大姐，最后孩子因为夫妻俩的阻拦，送到医院晚了去世。夫妻俩发现真相崩溃。

Story follows four young men who have just turned 21 years of age. 　　Lee Choo-Won (Seo Jun-Young) is an athlete who can not forget his past love. Ma Goo-Rim (Baek Sung-Hyun) was once a popular singer, but because of a drug scandal is mired in despair. Choi Seo-Won (Choi Tae-Hwan) is a medical student at prestigious Seoul National University, but he has leukemia. Sung Dae-Sung (Byun Joon-Suk) is a sex addict who dreams of becoming a successful movie director.
